Visitation Hours
Visiting hours for MonDay Correctional are subject to change, so it's crucial to confirm them by contacting the facility directly by phone. Residents in treatment often have conflicting schedules as many have off-site employment and are not always available during visiting hours. Please reach out to 937-496-7300, on visitation procedures, applications, or directions to the facility in Dayton.
General Visitation Information
- Residents are eligible for visits after achieving Phase 1, which takes approximately 30 days. If the resident identified you as an approved visitor, an orientation packet will be sent to you by email, or if the email is not available, by postal mail. The packet will explain how to schedule a visit and provide additional information.
- Residents are permitted two adults per visit and all of their minor biological/legal children. At no time will more than two adults be permitted at one visit.
- Adult visitors must show a photo ID. Children under 18 years of age must have some form of ID or birth certificate.
- All who are visiting must be on the visitor's list as determined by the clinician and the resident.
- All visitors must be dressed appropriately, i.e., shorts, skirts, or dresses must be knee-length or longer. No low-cut tops, muscle shirts, yoga pants, or see-through clothing. T-shirts with drug or alcohol logos or gang symbols will not be allowed.
- Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who must be on the visitation list.
- Each visitor must have a picture identification credential and his/her name on the resident's approved visitation list, otherwise, you will not be allowed to visit.
- If you are late for check-in time, no visit will be permitted.
- Personal Property boxes will not be accepted at any time during visitation. The items may be mailed to the resident or dropped off at the facility Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm at the Bldg.1 Entrance (on the left side of the parking lot). MonDay is closed on Holidays.
- Please leave all purses, bags, wallets and other carry items locked in your car.
