How do I get my inmate released with an affidavit signed by the guilty party?

How do I get my inmate released after a written affadavit was signed by his brother(whom is responsible for their charges)in front of an atty. *How quickly can this paper get thru all those proper channels b4 that Judge (who is our final say 4 releasing)?

This is not totally up to the judge. The prosecutor will have to sign off and then recommend that the charges be dropped which would effectively release your inmate. This is not going to be a fast process so be patient
