How Do I Read a Response Letter From an Inmate on InmateAid?

Hello I have received a letter from an inmate but their is no pay now or download button how would I see what he has wrote to me? All I see is his name I click on it and it sends me to a page where their is a picture of the prison he is in and his name and an un follow button.

Ask the inmate answer

Navigate to the inmate profile in your account and look for the small eyeglass icon on the far right of the letter entry. Clicking that icon opens the scanned letter so you can read it. If you do not see the icon contact InmateAid support for assistance.
