How much halfway house time do you get and is it part of the sentence?

How much time is extracted for a half way house in a sentance? Where are these places my friend is from pa?

Depending on your sentence and the time your case manager thinks you'll need for reentry, halfway house time can be as little as a month or two to as much as one full year. When you are sent to the halfway house you are still under the supervision of the federal government and time there is part of your sentence.
