If your boyfriend was arrested in Maricopa County, Arizona, the best place to start is the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office inmate search. That will show you his current custody status, charges, and in many cases an expected release date or court information.

If you are not finding him, double check the spelling of his name and try variations. You can also use a background search service like TruthFinder to help locate him if you are unsure which facility he is in.

For putting money on his account and setting up calls, Maricopa County uses ConnectNetwork, which is the platform for Global Tel Link services. Through that site, you can:

  • Deposit money into his commissary account
  • Fund phone calls so he can call you
  • Set up your account to receive calls

Before he can call you, he may need to go through the intake process and add your number to his approved call list. That can take a little time after booking.

If you want to stay in touch right away, you can also send letters through InmateAid while you are getting the phone and funding set up.

If you are still having trouble finding him, you can contact the Maricopa County jail directly or check with the clerk of court for his case status, which will give you more details about his hold and possible release timing.
