My gf picked up new charge causing a VOP..NEW CASE IS FINAL A SHE RECEIVED 2YRS PRO BUT HER Vop hearing was 1-13-17 n says continued.its now mid april n there still is no vop hearing n shes been confined since 12-15-16.whats the process?

Violation of probation is a big problem. The court is in no hurry to hear these cases as they are aggravated that the probationer couldn't stay out of trouble and avoid more jail time. It could be that she gets to finish her original sentence. Not to mention, she has a new charge to deal with... some people just like it in there.
