My husband has criminal trespassing and theft. What is Clayton county jail going to give him?

Normally a criminal tresspassing can be plead down to a misdemeanor with some community service, but the theft is the problem. The value of what he stole will likely have a major impact on the penalty. If it is over $1000 there might be some time. If he has a criminal history or he has already served some time, the penalty is going to be tougher than it would if this was a first-time offense
