My husband is in Pointe Coupee Detention Center in New Roads, Louisiana. The phone service they have charge a minimum of $25 plus a $9.95 fee. How much will I be saving by switching to you guys? And once I pay y'all do I still have to pay the phone service too when he call?

The phone service at Pointe Coupee is Correct Solutions Group. Regardless whether you use InmateAid or not, you will have to use them. They have the contract and all inmate calls must pass through them. Local calls are cheaper than long distance calls through them - if you are not local, we might be able to save you $4-6 per call but you will still be paying them for each local call. You will have to figure out if the per-call savings is enough to merit the $19.95/month fee we charge. If you save $4.00 per call, then you would need to be talking with your inmate more than 5 times a month to make our service worthwhile.
