Subject: Money transfer
It depends on where they are incarcerated. Most facilities have a money transfer solution but you'd have to check with them to see who it is. We have a deal with [Western Union](https://www.westernunion.com/us/en/send-to-inmate.html?src=aff_cj_mt_Inmate+Aid%252C+LLC_6191743_SENDMONEYPAGETEXT) which primarily deals with the federal BOP but they do not cover all of the facilities. You can click the link and check to see if Western Union is a solution for your inmate.
Subject: Inmate phone calls
Phone time varies by the penal system that your loved one is incarcerated in. The federal system is 300 minutes per month. State prions and county jails have more available time to communicate by telephone. Normally, the phones are on at 6am - 9:30pm but we advise checking with your particular facility to know for certain.

If you would like to get an honest assessment, let us know the name of the facility and your telephone number before you...

Subject: Sentencing questions
It depends on the charges and the bond. They can hold you for a number of reasons without an "out date", citing "material witness", "pending new charges", "magistrate hold", "jurisdictional detainer" or a myriad of legal options they can use. Without us knowing what the original charge was, it is difficult to pin down the reason for certain.
Subject: Inmate phone calls
When an inmate is in admission and processing there is a short period of time where they are not allowed phone calls or visitation. There is an orientation that must take place prior to the privileges being available. This is normally no more than a two week hold but it is normally less than that.
Subject: Medical treatment
We would not have a record of what hospital they might take an inmate or if there are different rules for infirmary visitation. You might try calling the facility and ask to speak with the case manager, counselor or unit team secretary to get more information.
