Subject: Inmate phone calls
If you are trying to see your inmate's call history or how their money is spent on the inside, you are not entitled to it. The inmate's business is private and unless they decide to share it with you, it will remain that way.

Subject: Visitation
You must petition the warden for a special visit. More than likely, you will be granted it as you are married.
Subject: Inmateaid website questions
We do not notify the followers of an inmate's release or any sentencing information. You can go to the countyoffices.com and find the clerk of the court for that information.
Subject: Inmateaid website questions
InmateAid was founded in 2012 with a specific purpose: to make it easier, more affordable, and less confusing for families to stay connected with someone who is incarcerated. It is that person who acts as judge, jury and sentence renderer. Your inmate will make their testimony to the DHO and they will make their binding decision. Your inmate will have to tell you what happened.

First time usually has very little to do with the sentencing as this crime is a very serious one.

Not all drug offenders are eligible, but those that are will get 12 months off their sentence and at least 6 months of halfway house. Those that are eligible need to have their position set before they go in during the Pre-Sentence Investigation. There are a few ex-cons that run websites that charge $5,000 - $10,000 for information on how to set yourself up before going in....
