Have a question?

Subject: Law questions - legal terms
The only legal way to gain access to that information is through the "discovery process" of a civil lawsuit. If this is a legitimate complaint, the theft of federal funds will have the FBI investigating. THEY can and already have those emails if they ever existed
Subject: Inmate phone calls
Yes, email us (aid@inmateaid.com) your new information and we will make that change for you
Subject: Send inmate mail
The safest way to send a letter to an inmate is obviously InmateAid because your personal address and location remain completely private. The inmate receives their letter in an envelope with our logo prominently displayed, your name and our address in Florida is all they see. Packages start as low as $8.
Subject: Send inmate mail
It has to go through the mailroom process at the facility. He should have it in his hands within 6-7 days of sending, max
Subject: Release questions
LOL... 30 DAYS!?!?! shame on you for even asking
Subject: Survive prison
Prison is no joke. Taking it seriously and showing no emotion is the right attitude. With a 30-month sentence, she is most likely assigned to the camp which is a minimum-security federal prison. It's probably never going to reach the level of the stuff you'd see on Orange Is the New Black. My advice, use this time to work on herself; exercise, read, and write letters home. This is not the worse situation she could be in.
Subject: Release questions
Very unlikely unless the COVID thing heats up again. The Feds are not responsive to "compassionate release" requests, even for those with terminal illnesses. She will do 85% of her sentence if she has no incident reports.
Subject: Sentencing questions
Carswell is federal and unless she qualifies for RDAP, she will do 85% of 30 months (which is 25.5 months). If she can get into RDAP, that will take a full 12 months off her 30-month sentence and give her 6 months of halfway house, too. The benefits are fantastic if she can get accepted into the Program.
Subject: Inmate phone calls
either by postcard, letter, they can call the old number once more or you can convince someone in the administration to pass the new number to your inmate (unlikely but sometimes it works)
Subject: Send inmate mail
Yes, you can try on your own, but there are some issues that might cause you to want to try out our Letters and Photos Service. Inmates find it difficult to send mail out of the country due to postage issues. Our Service allows you to write letters and send high-quality pictures through our app. The mail is delivered from Florida or California depending on the inmate's location. The inmate can then write you back to our address in Florida....
