it's updated weekly but some of the prisons and jails are not as fast to update their releases and transfers. Email us the inmate's name and the new location and we will update it for you.

Correct, they must first go through Admissions and Orientation. Once they have completed that successfully, they will be allowed to make phone calls and have visitation.

The Discount Phone line is for one number at a time. You can register multiple lines (multiple lines are discounted) but they must be set up with separate forward-to numbers.

No, restitution debt does not and will not prohibit a release. However, since Alabama is another state, California will have to make arrangements to connect with a parole officer there and make the determination whether the move to Alabama will serve the public interest.

Mail call at Riverhead typically runs around 4 pm. Once the mailroom processes and clears incoming mail, it is distributed to the housing units at that time. Keep in mind that the actual delivery to the inmate's hands depends on when the letter arrives at the facility, clears the mailroom inspection, and makes it to the next mail call rotation.
