The only way to find out is by asking your fiance. The inmate's privacy is protected. There is no disclosing how much money is on their books, how much phone time they've used, who is putting money on their books, who they are talking to, or who are visiting.

We're figuring the sentence is about 35 months, and normally they get an automatic 15% good time credit. Therefore, 85% of that would be 29.75 months. Guessing the release date somewhere at March 2021

One sign would be asking you to put money on another inmate's account. Another would be asking you to give money to someone on the outside for unexplained reasons. What behavior or signals are making you suspicious?

The inmate has to get permission first. Have him meet with his counselor to see if he is even eligible. There are very few facilities that allow marriage in prison.

Subject: Inmate transfer

Probation Detention Centers are minimum security facilities for confining probation violators up to 6 months. Offenders may be sent directly to the center as a sentencing option or if they prove unable to fulfill their probation obligations in the community, may be sent to the detention center as a result of a revocation proceeding. Transfer requests are not normally granted because of the short-term commitment.
