No notification system is needed on your end. The letter handles it. Yes, unless you are going to live in West Virginia, South Carolina and Mississippi. These states still enforce a lifetime ban on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, for people who commit drug-related felonies. Indiana had a lifetime ban but just changed its law to lift it, effective in 2020.

Probably not. Eleven cents is a good rate, but some go as low as 4-6 cents per minute - it depends on where you're talking about. IC Solutions has a rate calculator on their site and we'd have to run a check to see if there was any way to go lower. Without knowing the facility name, we're just guessing.
