Visitation Information

The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office has video visitation for inmate visits. Family or friends can go to INMATECANTEEN.COM, once they are registered they can request to visit. (An email address and ID number will be required) They can visit from home for .39 per minute, for up to 30 minutes, every 8 hours. They must have a computer or phone with a camera. Or, they can come into the lobby and sign in at one of the stations and visit for free for 30 minutes. Visitors only pay for the number of minutes used (not necessarily the full 30 minutes).

The hours for our Video Visitation are as follows:

  • Video Visitation will be held daily (Monday – Sunday) including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., except the following times daily: 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. No Visits on Friday after 4:30 p.m. in the lobby.
  • Each inmate will be allowed a total of 30 minutes of video visitation every 8 hours.
  • Visitors (18 years and older) must register with a valid email address

Any person on probation must get approval from their probation officer before any visits.
