The North Central Regional Jail is a low/medium-security detention center located at 1 Lois Ln Greenwood, WV which is operated locally by the Doddridge Regional Authority and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates have been here for less than five years. North Central Regional Jail accepts inmates from the Doddridge County Sheriff's arrests and surrounding towns, Greenwood Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.
New detainees arrive at the jail regularly, with some being released on bail, placed under pretrial services caseloads, supervised by probation agencies, or released on recognizance with a court appearance agreement. Those who are not released await their court appearances at the jail, receiving accommodations including bedding and meals. You can see all the arrest records for West Virginia here.
The North Central Regional Jail is located just off US Route 50 in Doddridge County. This facility has been in operation since August of 2001 and is one of the largest jails in the state.

The Accelerated Parole Program (Policy Directive 454.07) shall be made available to inmates serving a sentence with a parole eligibility date, except sentences of Life with Mercy and Habitual Life. Visitation Schedule
Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or submit a notarized statement from the parent or legal guardian authorizing the visit. Only non-incarcerated parents or legal guardians may authorize juvenile visitation. If not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian the visitor must be accompanied by an authorized adult visitor and must have a signed, notarized.
