Can you have the charges dropped if the drugs werent theirs?

If my fiance is on parole and was at a house where there was drugs etc....but was not on him nor around him. They were the girls bedroom that lived there. How much time could he get at the most and is there any way the charges will be dropped when the owner of the house takes the charges?

A lot of this will depend on the investigation and interviews of the other defendants. But the parole is almost for sure going to be revoked as his terms of release are to not be around "crime" and it is his responsibility to know where he can and cannot be at all times. He not be treated lightly for this offense unfortunately.
