How do you add an inmate to the InmateAid inmate profiles?

How do you add an inmate and I am trying to get information on my boyfriend and I have tried everything can someone please help

Please send us his name, DOB, the state that he is in and we will try and locate him and create a profile for you to keep in contact with.
