How long after an inmate is transferred can they call me

My fiancee is an inmate was on federal parole they are holding him pending a psych evaluation and treatment for a mental disorder he started off in Joplin city and got transported to one county .he got transported Thursday and been to two other counties I haven't had contact for two days how long does the process take to be transported and is he not able to contact me due to being transported

Inmate transfers are not publicized for security reasons. You will have to wait until his new designation is published on the BOP website. Once he has landed at his new location he will be able to resume contact with you.
