Inmates do not have internet access. Our service converts your message into a printed letter and gets to your inmate through the US Mail. Inmates may write you back to your address or to ours. If they send it to InmateAid, we scan it into your account and email you of it's there.

GEO facilities are privately run and are very conscious of sticking to the protocol they design that got them the contract in the first place. This means that the visitation is a tightly run operation where you will have to go through the screening process before being allowed visits.
