If an inmate is order by judge to do 180 days can they be released sooner bring a trustee?

180 days is hardly a sentence.

If they are granted furloughs where they are incarcerated they might be eligible to enjoy a weekend at home

If you pay for phone service and don't use it that month can you use it a different minth

The Service is normally a month to month non-refundable service where the minutes do not carry over to the next month. If you have a compelling reason for the non-use, we have given free months in the past, if you ask nicely :)

Do you receive letters that are sent through inmateaid in the mail or on the computer?

they are sent via the USPS and are received in the mailroom before being handed out at "mail call".

I'm so confused, my boyfriend was sentenced to 37 months in Leavenworth Satellite Camp. I've not had any contact or been able to see where he is . they have him listed in the Penitentiary, which is State and he is Federal, why is this?

There is more than one penal facility in Leavenworth (county, federal and military). The federal side has two separate facilities for different custody levels. The satellite prison camp is adjacent to the US Penitentiary and is by far a better location to have to do time.

If my probation is supposed to end January 6th 2020 but I have an outstanding warrant for obscounding will my probation still end or will it be extended

You will have to face that warrant... your probation will not end unless you do

My fiancé is getting paroled today according to an email sent to me from the Parole Board. How soon will he get out? Do they actually let him out like next day or does the process take days? Weeks? What happens?

Usually takes a few weeks before the release takes place

My guy was recently transfer to DOC from Lawtey facility he had a JPay account w/his tablet he bought is he not allowed to have this tablet along w/stay in contact w/me through JPay at this new facility??

He should be able to keep the tablet since he is still DOC system.
