Used this site to send magazines to what I think is an old friend of mine but I’m not sure, how can the inmate then reach out to me? Also, it’s worth noting I am in Australia and he is in Allegheny County Jail in Pennsylvania.

Maxim, Sports Illustrated, and Men's Health are top sellers. There are dozens of different puzzle magazines that are amazing and they really help the time go by.

My boyfriend didn’t tell me he signed up for inmateaid.com and I don’t know who else he is talking to . What should I do ?

Subject: Inmate phone calls

When getting to WSP is there 2wks Quarantine, in which during that time is it possible for the inmate to make a phone call?

it is not probable. quarantine is the same as the shu or the hole where you only get one call per week. in the first two weeks, your inmate will not have gone through orientation and probably won't have phone privileges until they do.

Is it easy for men and women residents to hook up at co ed halfway house?

Yes, there is minimal supervision, the doors do not lock and you are not confined to the indoors, so the possibility exists

My friend is in restricted housing at Davidson county female correctional facility on Harding Rd She is supposed to get 1 hour of rec time a day-- but they are not offering it to her. Who is in charge of this? Who should I contact? Thank you

there is literally nothing you can do as an outsider. raising any turmoil over treatment will likely create more bad treatment, not less... Unless you know a congressman or senator that can raise this issue from their angle, nothing will improve.

Hi! My husband / sons father did one month in County before being moved to this location I know they have visits on the weekends today is only Monday would we be able to go visit him this weekend or is there a certain amount of time you have to wait

We don't know the new location, but weekends are usually good going for visiting and you might be able to go this weekend., BUT there might be an approval process that delays it OR some new COVID restriction, so we highly recommend calling there first so that you don't make a wasted trip. Do inmates with sleep apnea get to take a CPAP machine with them when they’re released?

Yes, i witnessed two inmates with sleep apnea who were using their CPAP machine every night. Whether or not they get to take them home is not something I am aware of either way.

Yes, in some locations but please call the facility visiting room for the latest updates to the ever-changing rules
