Subject: Send books and magazines
They are al printed magazines, by the publisher and mailed to the inmate by the publisher. This is the only way they may receive them. We do not sell "digital magazines" to inmates
Subject: Bail & bond questions
Missing a court appearance while on bond is a serious, serious offense. For starters, there will be no further bond until her case is heard. The bond is the "assurance that the charged will appear for every court appearance". As for the new charges, my guess is that the judge will be pretty angry when she faces him. Without further information on all that she is facing, my only advice is for you to be patient and let the process...

there are no limits as long as they have money on their phone account or someone on the other end accepts the call as "collect".
Subject: Inmate transfer
The administrative transfer could mean a number of things. The first thing that comes to mind is the inmate has some issue with another inmate in that facility. It could be a co-defendant he cannot be placed in the same facility. But if this is happening often, it could be that he was a confidential informant. They get moved routinely to keep their whereabouts changing. The short-term stays (8 months at a time) make it seem like he is in protective...

Subject: Inmate transfer
This depends on the bed space at the processing center and the transfer schedule of the marshals. As an example, I was in county jail for 8 days, then transferred to a CoreCivic facility for 89 days and then air marshaled to Oklahoma City for one night before finally getting to the prison I was designated to. Be patient, they never seem to be in a hurry.
Subject: Medical treatment
We would suggest calling the facility and asking to speak with a lieutenant or counselor to "ask politely and respectfully" if they are aware of the medication your husband must remain on. Using a very humble tone, seek out your information and you will easily get there. Caution, don't "demand" anything, ask nicely, use please and thank you. They are human beings with feelings, they will want to help you.
