Inmates are allowed to receive incoming mail from the US Postal Service. Our service sends your letters and pictures through the mail. It is a very reliable and convenient service and as long as you have the right facility and the correct inmate name and ID number, the mail will reach them.  Please be mindful that ALL mail is read for content, pictures screened for "cleanliness" and the staff has final say whether the mail will make it into the hands of the inmate.
