The Florence Service Processing Center (ICE) is a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility located at 3250 N Pinal Parkway  in Florence, AZ in Pinal County. This Medium security prison is operated by Homeland Security to hold immigration detainees who are awaiting trial or have already been convicted and sentenced for a crime.

To find an ICE inmate, please use the Detainee Locator System

ICE recommends you use the A-Number search. If you know the detainee's A-Number, it must be exactly nine digits long. If the A-Number has fewer than nine digits, please add zeros at the beginning. When searching by name, a detainee's first and last names are required and must be an exact match (e.g., John Doe will not find Jon Doe or John Doe-Smith). You are also required to select the detainee's correct Country of Birth. (cannot search for records of persons under the age of 18).

The inmates housed at this facility are placed according to their custody level (determined by a number of factors including the length of their sentence and the past criminal history). There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates.

Florence SPC operates onsite to meet most of the inmate's needs, including dietary, health, fitness, education, religious practices, entertainment, and many others. Most private prisons are kept in top condition as they are constantly subjected to rigorous inspections and would like to keep a clean record to maintain government contra

At the Florence Service Processing Center (SPC), individuals interested in posting immigration bonds, also known as post-delivery bonds, can do so in person during specified hours. Immigration bond postings are accepted from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. It's crucial to note that bond payments must be made using a money order, cashier's check, or certified check. For bond amounts exceeding $10,000, only single cashier's checks or certified checks are accepted. All payments should be made payable to either the "US Department of Homeland Security" or "Immigration and Customs Enforcement."

Alternatively, individuals who prefer not to post the bond in person themselves can enlist the services of a licensed immigration bond agent. These agents can electronically post the bond on behalf of the individual for a fee, typically ranging from 2% to 10%. This electronic posting process is often faster and more convenient than posting the bond in person.

For inquiries regarding a detainee housed at the Florence SPC, individuals can contact the facility directly at (520) 868-9095 during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It's advisable to have the detainee's biographical information readily available, including their first and last names, aliases, date of birth, and country of birth.

Please note that detainees housed at the facility cannot receive incoming calls. However, individuals wishing to leave an urgent message for a detainee can do so by calling (520) 868-9095 and providing the detainee's full name, alien registration number, as well as their own name and telephone number where they can be reached. The facility will ensure that the detainee receives the message promptly.
