My husband got sentenced to 8 yrs in prison for revoking probation and being on the run for 3 years. He had already done 6 months... They moved him... is that a good sign, what does this really mean?

Ask the inmate answer
There are some facts in your question that make the answer difficult to accept but it would appear that he's looking at the beginning of an 8 year sentence. The six months will be credited and if he can be productive and stay out of conflict while he's there he will accrue good time credits and get out earlier than the entire bid. Help keep him busy by communicating and sending him things to read. If you have more information you want to share, communicate with us privately and we will help in any way we can.
