There are a few Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility facilities within the TDCJ but the inmate designation is done solely by the the State without prejudice. The 2282 is not enough information to trigger any answer from us so we are not sure what it is. It might be a penal code, something to do with restitution but it is definitely not the sentence length.

The only issue might be that if the inmates get moved to a safer location their commissary/phone account might not immediately move with them. They would still be able to call collect.
