Elmore County Jail in Idaho uses Telemate, their website is gettingout.com. Whomever is the contract provider has a monopoly on the prices. You have to use them to receive inmate calls. If you are long distance from the jail, we can make the calls cheaper by getting you a local number. Your inmate would dial locally but the calls forward to whatever type of phone you have - Telmate charges the lower rate for all the calls.

All federal prisons follow the same rules for phones. The phones are available from 6am - 3:30p and from 4:30p - 9:30p during the week. On weekends and holidays the phones are on from 6am - 9:30am; 10:30a - 3:30p and from 4:30p - 9:30p. The main reason is COUNT TIME. All inmate are counted at their bedside.
