The phone prices are different at every facility. Without knowing the facility, we cannot guess. What you should do is email us (aid@inmateaid.com) your telephone number and the inmate's location. We are not 100% sure, but we know many other BOP facilities have the tent structure for ceremonies. You can call the unit team secretary to speak to someone to get confirmation that FCI Beckley has one, too. The administration number is 304-252-9758.

Condoms are not on the Commissary List. But, condoms are somehow smuggled in and are available for purchase, but we have no idea what they might cost.
Subject: Send inmate mail
This happens from time-to-time as inmates get moved and people make mistakes. The jail staff most likely will not forward the mail, they will send it back. If this happens simply contact our customer service reps (aid@inmateaid.com or 866-966-7100) and they will make the correction for you and resend your entire order at NO CHARGE. You don't need a reason, just let us know what the new location is and we will resend it.

If they say he gets out on 3-23-20, that is less than three years so it appears they've included the good time credits all inmates get at the beginning of their bid.

Depends on where your inmate is incarcerated. In federal the phones turn on at 6am and off at 9:30. In county, they are available as long as the inmate is not locked in their cell which are normal waking hours. In state, it's almost unlimited as there are phones available in most cells.
