You cannot. Inmate transfer is a function of the two facilities and the service that is doing the transportation. Only inmates may inquire. The speed in which it is done has to do with bed space, travel logistics and coordination. They will not tell you in advance when they are moving them for security reasons.

We would advise you to really think hard about the potential side effects to the inmate because of the controversial nature. We just think that the jail environment is the wrong setting to try something that is against the grain. We are not opposed, we just think you might be better to wait until your inmate is released.

No, the facilities do not notify us when the recipients actually get the mail handed to them. We only know if it is returned. In that event, we investigate the reason for the return and most often it's either a missing inmate ID number or the wrong facility chosen when the inmate profile is made. Be patient, there are delays for all correspondence in these facilities that we have no control over.
