Most correctional facilities have an automatic restriction on visitors with felony convictions, and Potomac Correctional Center in West Virginia follows standard West Virginia DOC visitation policy which includes that restriction. Their commissary list is reduced to a couple dozen items, only... more necessity items than and not a wide list of choices compared to the norm. If this happens simply contact our customer service reps (aid@inmateaid.com or 866-966-7100) and they will make the correction for you and resend your entire order at NO CHARGE. Depends on where your inmate is incarcerated. In federal the phones turn on at 6am and off at 9:30. In county, they are available as long as the inmate is not locked in their cell which are normal waking hours. In state, it's almost unlimited as there are phones available in most cells.
