If your inmate has a competent attorney, they will make a case to the judge for a reasonable bond amount. It has everything to do with the charges, the criminal history of the offender, the judge/prosecutors confidence that the person will not leave the jurisdiction and that there would not be additional crimes committed. That is a lot to contemplate, but it might just be that there was limited space in the jail and she was the least likely for them to have a problem with.Read more
