There is no way to verify an inmate's commissary balance from the outside. You cannot log into their account, request a statement, or confirm any figures independently. Whatever they tell you about what they have or do not have on their books is something you have to take on faith, or not. Which brings up the more important point. On what grounds do you think that your inmate (over the 2.1 million incarcerated people) has that would compel the President (or Governor) to pardon someone you know? There is a process that requires an application be filed stating your reasons for the pardon. It is submitted to the Office of the Pardon Attorney who reviews and recommends a short list each year.
