There is no real answer. The probation officer will get to the violation when he gets around to it. There is no rhyme or reason, we can empathize with your situation, but they go on their own timetable. There is an outside chance that they will NOT violate him for lack of payment because they are mindful that jobs and money are hard to come by. Inmates can have pictures taken of themselves in the visiting room and on certain days of the year. If you are not in contact with that inmate there is little change you'd be able to receive one of him. The only other photos of inmates might be found in mugshot listings. There are no other ways to get inmate photos.

New arrest listings might take several hours or longer to post. You might try calling the facility and ask to speak with the case manager, counselor or unit team secretary to get more information.

There is nothing that can be done. If he can somehow get friendly with one of the guards, he mnight be able to find a common ground and then ask for a favor. Moving is not a huge deal, but if the guards are like most places, they are lazy and would rather not do any favors.
