Sign up for the Discount Telephone Service. If your number is not local to Twin City GA rate center, then the call will be 3-4 times more expensive than if your inmate calls you to their rate center. We can get that local number for you.

Most facilities and systems do not release on Sunday.  We'd recommend calling their staff secretary to find out whether Sunday release is something they do.

No he will not, it takes a couple of business days and then the mail room staff has to read all the mail and approve of the pictures before they are handed out to the inmates. There is NO same-day service as it relates to inmate mail, too many variables that might cause a delay. Be patient and expect the delivery to be quick but not immediate.

The short answer is "no", but there are circumstances we have heard where guards acted as "look-outs" so that a fight could happen. If that were proven true, there might be a lawsuit an attorney might take on. But, we are not attorneys. An inmate can start by filing grievances with the administrative staff. We encourage him to copy all correspondence to someone on the outside to have a "paper trail" of their concerns. If he was not injured too

If you "failed to appear", the judge issuing the warrant will most likely remand him to custody without bail. Bail is used to ensure compliance with all court appearances. You miss, you are now considered unlikely to appear in the future, so they keep you in jail (without bond) so that you will appear.

He could have gotten the information from people on the outside that are contacting him. Inmates learn a lot about respect and loyalty while incarcerated and who their real friends are. If the information is correct, he may never contact you if there is even a hint of betrayal, he is gone.
