It relates to the possible parole dates issued by the Judge at sentencing. It normally takes between 2-6 months after the Board grants parole.

This is common and you shouldn't have a problem getting permission from the Captain or Warden at Powell County. There is a process that requires an application be filed stating your reasons for the pardon. It is submitted to the Office of the Pardon Attorney who reviews and recommends a short list each year. It is a long shot and statistically-speaking it has little chance for success
