No. Santa Cruz is a MEDIUM security facility with 1-2 man cells, and controlled movement. San Carlos is a MINIMUM security facility. The Minimum facilities have an open dormitory style with many inmates in one large area like military barracks and limited supervision. Medium is a much more strict environment than Minimum

They do not leave the site when the inmate is released. They are there until the owner of the account decides to deactivate. We are going to send you and email to show you that yours are safely in your account.

The service to the inmate is free for them. The return mail from the inmate does not have a "time period" as we have no control over their actions, if they decide to act.
