The inmate has to either use a phone card purchased through the commissary, or you will have to set up a pre-paid account with IC Solutions. The cost of a local call is less expensive than the cost of a long distance call. The price difference is why people use InmateAid.

To send money to a federal inmate, you have to use MoneyGram.  You will need your inmate's name and 8 digit inmate ID number. When you get to the drop down selections, look for Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP).

Why did he not take his drug test? When he got out early he knew what the rules were. "Just a VOP (violation of probation) for not taking a drug test" makes it sound like YOU think it's no big deal. Yes, he is probably going back to finish the original sentence length.

WOW, thanks for the kind words. As far as a recommendation of how to "spread the word", we are much on asking others for promotion as it seems a little disingenuous. But, if you are inclined, there are people that will say something nice on Facebook (some that don't LOL). If it works for you, then that is all the recognition we need.

You should call the facility and tell the person answering the phone your concern. They are usually very helpful. You can ask for the counselor, the unit secretary, the chaplain or the warden's secretary. One or more of these people will put your mind at ease.
